To support a correct and timely supply of Parts to the Customer by the Parts Consultants under his/her supervision, be it internal or external, in order to insure its satisfaction and loyalty, always regarding Company Procedures and Policies and to monitor and steer his/her team’s results.
- To insure the achievement of the monthly Net Sales Targets and Gross Profit and to be able to provide the National Parts Manager with the reports needed to improve the Department’s results and maintain the Customers’ loyalty.
- To insure the compliance with Discount Policies, Parts Processes, Manufacturer’s Retail Standards and Guidelines regarding TRP orders and Warranties.
- To insure an efficient flow of Parts to the Counters in order to maximize efficiency.
- To liaise and follow-up with the Procurement Department regarding BO’s in order to minimize ETA’s and keep the Customers (internal and external) informed and support the build-up of an adequate inventory according to the Customers’ demands.
